About the Service

Step into a role that truly makes a difference CAMHS supports young people (0–17 years), their families, and carers across the Hunter New England Local Health District. As our new Administration Officer, you'll be the welcoming face and voice of the service – greeting visitors, answering calls, and connecting people with the right support.

Working alongside a passionate, multi-disciplinary team of clinicians, you'll keep things running smoothly by managing correspondence, maintaining patient databases, booking appointments, organising clinic rooms and fleet vehicles, and handling day-to-day admin tasks with precision and care.

About the Role

Based at Dean House in Tamworth, you'll be part of the New England North West CAMHS team – a collaborative, dynamic group with staff in Tamworth, Armidale, and Inverell. Together, we deliver specialist mental health care to young people and their families, and you'll play a key role in making that possible.

About You

  • Experienced in administration or a similar role (healthcare experience is a bonus)
