**About The Role**

The administration officer role requires a flexible and adaptable person who can learn multiple facets of our business and happily immerse themselves within a different department on a daily basis.

Your general duties will include, greeting, signing in visitors, contractors and staff. Admitting and discharging inpatients using Meditech, switchboard operation and taking payments from patients and external customers.

Part Time Position Available

**About You**

You will be an effective and approachable administrative professional with a passion for client care and a high standard of customer-focused service. This role calls for individuals with a strong capacity to manage a variety of administrative tasks and priorities over the course of a workday.

**You will also demonstrate**:

- Proven organisational skills and a high degree of attention to detail & accuracy
- Competent computer skills using MS Office suite.
- Any experience in admin role or within the Health Industry is desirable, but not essential.
