About the Role:
You will work closely with Customer Service/ Sales, Supply Chain and Finance Teams to provide critical back-end support to ensure the accuracy of costing entries for invoicing, inventory & stock, and credit requests – as well as troubleshooting and resolution of Logistics Service Provider process deviations. The role will also involve customer invoicing, goods receiving & issuing, and low-level internal inventory control.
Meticulous attention to detail and systematic approach are paramount to identify, investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
Whilst your technical skills and knowledge are pertinent, it is your positive, dedicated and forward thinking and proactive approach that is critical. Your enthusiasm and desire to produce efficient and quality outcomes will ensure your fit within the business.

Your Skills and Attributes:
- Previous experience in companies involved in Logistics, Transport and/or Warehousing is HIGHLY DESIRABLE.
- Proven technical capability across reconciliations – Including identifying, investigating and resolving discrepancies – Ideally across costings/billing and inventory.
- Demonstrated experience in the everyday use of Excel.
- Commercially savvy self-starter who is able to achieve a high level of efficiency and accuracy.
- Enthusiasm, commitment and loyalty.
- Positive, friendly and outcome focused.
