Well known & respected Engineering Company located in St Marys has a great temporary with view to permanent opportunity for an experienced Receptionist/ Administrator. This varied role requires an experienced and self driven Administrator who enjoys working autonomously and making the role their own.

Commencing as a contract position for approx. 4-6 months, you can choose your days (4-5 days per week) with the view to a hybrid or WFH part time role (3-4 days) thereafter You will enjoy the variety including;
- Weekly payroll for approx. 50 staff
- Payroll administration including employee records, leave and superannuation
- Processing factory hours into ERP system (Epicor)
- Assisting Accounts Receivable with credit control and debt collections
- Entering non purchase order supplier invoices & PO supplier invoices
- Reconciling and processing Credit card statements
- Assisting with Bank reconciliations
- Accounts payable statement reconciliation and assisting with weekly payment run
- Minimal assisting with receiving and directing phone calls
- Other ad-hoc duties as required

Ideally, you will have:

- Experience in end to end payroll processing
- Accounts &/ or Bookkeeping exp
- Intermediate to Advanced computer skills (Word & Excel )
- ERP system knowledge an advantage
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to work autonomously

Commencing as a temporary 4 - 5 days per week, there is the option to WORK FROM HOME 2-3 days per week after approx. 2 months.
