Location: Based in Nambour, with travel required to Noosa and Gympie

Employment Type: Full-time - 2 year contract from commencement

Your Day-to-Day

  • Deliver engaging, accredited training and assessment aligned with national standards.
  • Support students with LLND needs and blended learning requirements.
  • Conduct practical assessments and oversee work placements.
  • Travel between sites (fleet car provided for work travel).
  • Use Moodle and MS Teams to manage online learning and communication.

What We're Looking For

  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or higher in Adult Education).
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (or Aged Care/Disability) or higher.
  • Current industry experience in aged care or disability support.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to online learning platforms.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse learners.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and National Police Check or ability to obtain.
  • Valid Driver Licence.
  • Evidence of COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations for work placement.
