The Role

This is a hands-on, rewarding role where you'll make a real difference in the daily lives of clients. Working in home-based settings, you'll support people with complex needs across afternoon, active night, and sleepover shifts.

You'll be part of a supportive team culture that values open communication, collaboration, and your professional growth—while giving you the flexibility to balance work and life.

What We're Looking For

  • Certificate III in Disability, Aged Care, Individual Support - or relevant hands-on experience
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance & Blue Card
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
  • Valid Driver Licence and reliable vehicle
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Clear communication skills, a calm professional approach and genuine compassion.
