We are seeking an experienced Leading Hand with a Carpentry background to join a reputable builder specialising in high-end commercial construction, including luxury high-rise apartments and other commercial builds.

This role is ideal for a skilled Leading Hand with a strong carpentry background who enjoys working across diverse projects, mentoring apprentices, and continuing to develop their own expertise as new techniques and industry procedures evolve.

Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Leading Hand within the Australian construction market
  • Minimum Cert III in Carpentry and 4+ years of hands-on carpentry experience
  • Commercial and Multi Residential carpentry experience
  • Valid White Card and full PPE
  • Own transport and full set of carpentry tools
  • Willingness to travel to multiple sites around Brisbane
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support apprentices
  • Excellent attitude, reliable, and committed to working 40+ hours per week
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Willing to work 1 in 3 Saturdays
