The Role: Your Next Step You're already a carpenter and leader. Now step off the tools and into a role where your job is organising, managing, driving, coordinating — ensuring trades deliver to program and standard.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Directing trade crews, managing schedules, quality, and timelines.
  • Coordinating materials, subcontractors, and site logistics.
  • Ensuring compliance, safety, and efficient progress.
  • Taking ownership with autonomy — you'll run things your way, supported (not micromanaged).

What You Bring

  • Carpentry trade background and experience in a Leading Hand or similar role.

  • Organised, proactive, self-starter. You take pride in getting things done.
  • Passionate about culture and doing work right—not just fast.
