Redcape Hospitalty is looking to recruit a passionate, people-centric hospitality professional to join our team as one of our Casual Bartender / Beverage Attendants predominately based in a Cocktail Bar. This is your opportunity to play a key role within our team that blends fun drinks, within a vibrant culture while offering unforgettable hospitality. You would assist the Venue Leadership Team & your respective venue teams to successfully operate the hotel in a hands-on role in a FOH capacity.

Duties and Responsibilities

The purpose of this role is to support the Venue Manager with the day-to-day operations of the business. The key responsibilities for this role will include:

• Collaboratively working alongside or within various teams as we strive to offer an outstanding customer experience.
• Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
• Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.

Who we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of wine and spirits.
• Approachable and engaging with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resilient and calm under pressure with a problem-solving mindset.
• Contribute to a positive, fun work environment with a focus on work / life balance where creativity and collaboration thrive in a growing business.
• RSA certified and legally eligible to work in Australia.
• Available to work Thursday to Sunday, with rotating shifts including late nights and weekends.
