Formerly the Carousel Inn, our reimagined venue will be a fresh hub for good times in Western Sydney. We're looking for Bartenders who are ready to sling, mix and pour with us to create an incredible guest experience for our patrons 

The Role

We are on the hunt for experienced Cocktail Bartenders with hospitality in their DNA to stir, mix and shake with us 

Working from our brand new bars, you will be an essential part of providing a high level of guest experience to our local patrons and be responsible for bar preparation, mixing and serving drinks, customer service and more 

Having honed your craft in some of Sydney's best pubs, you're a cocktail enthusiast with a solid grasp of the classics and a flair for creating memorable drinks. 

Conveniently located in the Rooty Hill, with loads of parking available, this is your chance to work close to home and work for one of Australia's most diverse hospitality groups.  There is also potential for you to grow your experience into Management 

You will working as part of a passionate, collaborative team that will drive you to deliver a one of a kind customer experience and bring some fun back into your day With plenty of hours up for grabs, work full time hours or the extra hours you need to support your side hustle
