About the Role

We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and professional Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers, along with a strong focus on customer service. Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails and signature creations.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, and craft beers to confidently recommend and upsell to guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders efficiently, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Ensure responsible service of alcohol in line with RSA guidelines and company policies.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation standards of the bar at all times.
  • Monitor stock levels, assist with stock rotation (FIFO), and communicate shortages to management.
  • Follow correct cash handling procedures and operate POS systems accurately.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across bar, floor, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.
  • Uphold hygiene, health, and safety regulations in line with company and legal requirements.
  • Contribute ideas for new cocktails, seasonal drinks, and promotions.
  • Represent the brand professionally at all times and contribute positively to team culture.

Skills & Experience
  • Previous bartending experience in a high-volume venue, restaurant, or cocktail bar.
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, mixology techniques, spirits, and wine service.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • RSA certification (valid and up to date).
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a focus on teamwork and hospitality.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
