Wondrous Entertainment is a growing group of restaurants and cafes, proudly operating Malika Bakehouse (Surry Hills & Botany), Izgara (Clarence Street), and Gina (Barangaroo).

We are looking for a talented Bartender for our brand new beautiful 170 seater venue, Gina, in Barangaroo.

This is a unique opportunity, to be a part of this iconic venue, for driven and passionate personals to portray your creativity and innovation that comes with empowerment for our guests to cherish a world class food and customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and serving a wide range of classic and signature cocktails with precision and flair
  2. Providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests
  3. Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar area
  4. Adhering to all relevant health, safety and liquor licensing regulations
  5. Supporting the bar management team with inventory, stock management and other operational tasks

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years' experience as a cocktail bartender in a similar high-volume, fast-paced environment
  2. Thorough knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail recipes and techniques
  3. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
  4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively
  5. Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to contribute to a vibrant, lively atmosphere
  6. Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
