We are hiring a career-focused cocktail bartender to become part of our professional team, committed to delivering high-quality service and maintaining a great workplace culture.
Situated on Clarence Street in the Sydney CBD, our venue is home to one of the city's best-loved rooftop bars and is the proud winner of Australian Bartender Magazine's Bar of the Year 2025.
Now in our 7th year, we've built our reputation on exceptional guest experience, fantastic cocktails, great food, and good times.
We provide a safe, fun working environment and a solid in-house training program designed to advance your professional bartending skills.

· Someone that has 2 year's experience in a high pace cocktail bar.
· You will be motivated and ambitious in the way you work.
· We want people with a positive attitude towards their team and workplace,
· Be able to build and provide a world-class customer experience
· We want people to have a genuine love for hospitality
· The ability to make guests feel welcome, special and want to come back
· Has a passion for cocktail development
· Can commit for longer than 6 months. Unfortunately, we won't be interviewing working visa holders.
