As our business grows, we're looking for a sales-driven Sales Administrator to join our small but dynamic team — someone who won't just support sales, but actively drive them.


Position Overview

We're seeking a confident, results-driven professional with exceptional phone sales skills, a strong motivation to achieve, and the persistence to follow up leads until they convert. You'll be comfortable using a CRM to track, manage, and close opportunities. This role is perfect for someone who wants to directly influence both company growth and their own earnings.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact potential customers over the phone and drive conversions.
  • Understand client needs and provide fast, accurate quotes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Native English with a friendly yet persuasive phone manner.
  • Proven experience in telephone sales (B2B or B2C) with a track record of success.
  • Highly self-motivated and driven to achieve (and exceed) targets.
  • Resilient when facing rejection — persistent in following up leads.
  • Knowledge of Melbourne and surrounding areas is an advantage.
  • A valid driver's licence is preferred.
