Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the store and team members to achieve key performance indicators and sales targets
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer experiences while achieving personal sales goals
  • Recruit, train, and coach team members to become top performers
  • Maintain high standards of stock management and shrinkage control
  • Effectively merchandise our range of products in line with promotional guidelines
  • Manage operational requirements including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, general housekeeping, and retail administration tasks
