Energy Sales Professional

Compensation for our Senior Energy Broker role includes a base salary of $100,000 to $110,000 per year. In addition, you will be eligible for uncapped commissions that can take your earnings up to $140,000 to $170,000 per year.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Senior Energy Broker. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading Australian energy management consultancy group and play a key role in driving business growth.
- Prospect and build relationships with commercial and industrial energy customers;
- Negotiate energy deals that meet the needs of our clients;
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and share best practices;

RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably in the energy industry;
- A strong track record of meeting sales targets and achieving results-driven goals;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
- A growth mindset and willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge;
- Confidence in engaging with high-level decision-makers and a strong understanding of the energy market;
