The Opportunity

Part-Time Building Manager

Location: South Melbourne

Hours: Mon–Fri hrs/week - 8 am to 2 pm ( Mon- Fri)

As our Part-Time Building Manager, you will:

· Be the day-to-day face of the building: welcome residents, coordinate contractors and ensure facilities are always well-presented.

· Proactively manage maintenance schedules and defect follow-ups.

· Build strong relationships with residents, Committee members and service providers.

· Report on asset condition and recommend improvements.

This role is ideal for anyone with a background in property coordination, building or facilities management, or similar roles, who's now seeking a flexible, part-time opportunity.

· Stakeholder skills: You can negotiate quotes, manage service contracts and liaise with cleaners, contractors, consultants and Committee members.

· Bonus) Experience in OH&S compliance, facility operations or maintenance related.
