What You'll Be Doing
- Driving sales and building relationships with civil and construction clients
- Educating customers about safety equipment for dust, ventilation, noise & fume control
- Managing and growing an existing customer base
- Working to a weekly call plan and updating the CRM daily
- Problem-solving and offering tailored solutions for job site hazards
- Supporting workshop operations as needed — a hands-on team player
- Identifying new opportunities and contributing to the growth of the product range
What We're Looking For
- Previous on-the-road sales experience in the construction industry preferred
- A team-first attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Comfortable using Outlook, Word, and basic Excel
- Product knowledge is a bonus — full training will be provided
- Strong communication skills and a solutions-based mindset
