What You'll Be Doing

  • Driving sales and building relationships with civil and construction clients
  • Educating customers about safety equipment for dust, ventilation, noise & fume control
  • Managing and growing an existing customer base
  • Working to a weekly call plan and updating the CRM daily
  • Problem-solving and offering tailored solutions for job site hazards
  • Supporting workshop operations as needed — a hands-on team player
  • Identifying new opportunities and contributing to the growth of the product range

What We're Looking For

  • Previous on-the-road sales experience in the construction industry preferred
  • A team-first attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • Comfortable using Outlook, Word, and basic Excel
  • Product knowledge is a bonus — full training will be provided
  • Strong communication skills and a solutions-based mindset
