The Role

We're seeking a
hands-on Sales Manager
who can combine leadership, strategy, and execution. You'll lead a team of three sales professionals, driving both new business acquisition and growth within an established customer base. This is a "player-coach" role — leading from the front while mentoring your team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a small team of high-performing sales reps
  • Drive consistent
    new business growth
    while expanding existing pipelines
  • Partner closely with marketing, partnerships, and operations to scale revenue
  • Execute a
    player-coach
    leadership style — balancing sales delivery and mentorship
  • Identify and grow opportunities across strategic accounts and partner ecosystems

Ideal Background:

  • Proven success within
    Payments, FinTech, or Financial Services SaaS
  • Demonstrated experience
    leading and scaling sales teams
  • Strong commercial acumen and disciplined sales execution
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence cross-functionally
  • A passion for coaching, collaboration, and high-performance culture
