The Role & Responsibilities
As a
Hospital Sales Representative
in
Haematology
, you will play a key role in driving sales, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and delivering innovative solutions that support better patient outcomes. Your primary focus will be achieving and exceeding sales targets by promoting PBS-reimbursed therapies that align with both clinical needs and our company's mission.
- Identify and prioritize key customers (HCPs and stakeholders) who influence prescribing decisions, using data-driven insights to inform strategy
- Drive sales performance by delivering meaningful, high-value customer engagements that support clinical decision-making
- Conduct value-based conversations (in-person and virtual) to understand customer needs, treatment landscapes, and areas of opportunity
- Tailor engagement strategies by leveraging customer insights, preferred communication channels, and compliant promotional content
- Foster long-term partnerships with oncology specialists, coordinating collaborative initiatives and facilitating speaker meetings in line with compliance standards
Skills & Experience
- A minimum of 1 years' experience as a Hospital / Specialty Sales Representative or experienced Medical Sales Representative.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or related medical fields highly regarded.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Full Australian working rights and reliable vehicle with 5 star ANCAP safety rating
