Job Summary: Workplace Trainer & Assessor

Are you passionate about training and safety?

Join our team as a Workplace Trainer & Assessor and make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality training programs from the Resources and Infrastructure Industry Training Package and Transport and Logistics Training Package. This dynamic role involves engaging directly with clients at their worksites across the SEQ area, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring compliance through accurate training records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver workplace training that exceeds client expectations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance through accurate completion of training documentation and the ability to implement best practices into the training resources and delivery.

  • Travel across the SEQ area to client worksites.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE).

  • TLILIC0005 Licence to operate a boom-type elevating work platform (boom length 11 metres or more).

  • TLILIC0003 Licence to operate a forklift truck.

  • RIIWHS202E Enter and work in confined spaces.

  • RIIHAN301E Operate elevating work platform.

  • RIIHAN305D Operate a gantry or overhead crane.

  • RIIHAN203E Conduct lifting operations

  • Accreditation with WorkSafe QLD as an Assessor for High-Risk Work Licences.

  • Current driver's license, own transport, and relevant HRWL.

  • Proven experience in delivering workplace training.

  • Ex ADF or Emergency Services are desired but not essential.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Exceptional communication and presentation delivery.

  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and PowerPoint.

  • Enthusiastic and eager to continuously learn and improve.

  • Flexible and willing to travel as required.
