We're seeking an exceptional Account Manager (Full-Time, Hybrid) to join a rapidly growing startup in the event and hospitality industry. This role suits an account manager with proven experience in managing key accounts, ideally in the hotel or hospitality industry.

Up to $110K Package (OTE) + Fast Growing Startup + Amazing Team + Uncapped Commission

Your Mission

Your mission is to manage existing key partners (hotels, bars, restaurant groups, event suppliers etc), ensuring their success with their paid. VenueNow subscription.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners as their main point of contact.
  • Help onboard partners onto the platform by providing support and education.
  • Manage renewal cycles by regularly reviewing listing performance and value strategies.
  • Share insights and recommendations to boost listing visibility and engagement.
  • Identify and recommend upgrade options to enhance partners' ROI.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Support to integrate partner feedback into platform improvements.
  • Attend industry events, networking with venue partners & clients to further build relationships and drive revenue

Who are you?

To be successful in this role, you will have...

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, exceeding targets and building accounts
  • Experience in events, hotels/venues, media or startup sector
  • Proven ability to drive growth from existing business within your designated accounts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organisational, multitasking and planning skills
  • "Rolls up Sleeve" attitude and motivated to get stuff done
  • Interstate travel is required from time to time (our head office is based in St Leonards, NSW, across the road from Crows Nest Metro Station)
