About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing Director- ANZ Fleet to lead the marketing strategy and execution for our fuel and fleet payments business across Australia and New Zealand.
Reporting to the Managing Director, ANZ Fleet, you'll play a pivotal role in defining the marketing roadmap that fuels customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth. You'll lead a talented team of 5 to 6 marketers and collaborate closely with our regional centre of excellence and agency partners to drive performance and innovation.
As a key member of the ANZ Fleet Leadership Team, this role blends strategic thinking, commercial insight, and customer focus to propel our business into its next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the long-term marketing strategy aligned with sales and revenue goals.
- Brand & Demand Generation: Strengthen Corpay's brand presence and lead integrated B2B campaigns to drive customer acquisition, loyalty, and retention.
- Go-to-Market Excellence: Partner with Product and Operations teams to design impactful go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
- Customer Insight & Segmentation: Deliver tailored marketing strategies across SME, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
- Team & Stakeholder Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team. Partner with Sales and global marketing teams to ensure alignment and shared success.
- Agency & Vendor Management: Oversee agency partnerships across PR, creative, digital, and research to deliver measurable ROI.
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years' experience in senior marketing roles, ideally in cards, payments, financial services, or B2B loyalty programs.
- Proven success leading brand, demand generation, and product marketing initiatives.
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset, able to move seamlessly between big-picture strategy and hands-on execution.
- Experience leading marketing transformation or digital change projects.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and data-driven decision making.
- Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field (master's or further certifications a plus).
