RAN-Technical Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:


• Perform lab regression testing for the planned RAN releases and/or features to ensure proper functionality before being integrated into production network.


• Conduct the 4G/5G network performance and/or configuration audits and provide recommendations to improve the network integrity.


• Provide technical recommendations to cater for the anticipated high load on the 5G/4G networks during high traffic events


• Develop customized NR/LTE network performance analyses using Network Analytics and Business Objects tools to analyse different KPIs and meet the customer requirements for the performance reporting.


• Detect ENIQ related issues that could impact the LTE/NR network monitoring activities and communicate the findings to the concerned teams for correction while applying workarounds in the used performance reporting tools, if possible, to mitigate the adverse effects of the discovered issues.


• Document HLD for macro, MOCN, mini-macro, in[1]building coverage programmes for Customer's lab and national network for all RAN equipment suppliers.


• Review RAN equipment suppliers 5G SA hardware feature plan and document relevant features to be applied to the customers national RAN network as directed by Customer aligned with

the Customer's RAN hardware feature allocation.
