What you need to have:

  • 8 years of experience in communications or internal communications, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies and leading a team.
  • A keen understanding of business strategy and key drivers, using this knowledge to inform your communications across multiple media channels.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coach and counsel managers and colleagues on effective communication practices.
