About Us:

SoilWorx is a dynamic, fast-growing company that prides itself on innovation, integrity, and exceptional service. We're currently seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Specialist to join our front-line team in delivering the outstanding support our customers deserve.

The Role:

As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for:

  • Being the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Providing accurate, timely, and friendly responses to all customer queries
  • Troubleshooting issues and ensuring all concerns are resolved with care and efficiency
  • Maintaining detailed and organised records in our internal systems
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met end-to-end

This is a dedicated customer service position – no sales targets, just exceptional service delivery

What We're Looking For:

  • A professional, friendly communicator who genuinely enjoys helping others
  • At least 2 years' experience in a customer service or high-volume call centre environment
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to multitask under pressure
  • A proactive and solution-focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a supportive team
  • Australian work rights are required for this position
