We're on the lookout for a genuine and commercially savvy leader to take the reins as Regional Manager in Western Australia for a well-established, fast-paced food retail franchise network.

Leading a region of 50+ stores through two capable Area Managers, this is a role for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, lifting performance, and being the face of a brand that values people, quality, and community.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and support Area Managers to drive sales, uphold operational excellence, and add value to Franchise owners to see each store thrive.
  • Partner with franchisees to grow sales and profitability – use your commercial acumen to interpret P&Ls and implement initiatives that make a difference.
  • Champion brand and operational standards, ensuring consistency and excellence across the network.
  • Foster genuine relationships with franchise owners – this is a role where your ability to influence, support, and engage will set you apart.
  • Balance strategy with action – spend time on the ground working directly with stores while also contributing to national initiatives and long-term planning.
