The Regional Segment Manager focuses on Industry & Renewables (Transformer) within the APAC Region (except China).
The Regional Segment Manager- Industry & Renewables is responsible for defining, developing, and activating market segment go-to-market strategy as part of the overall Market Segment Execution plan across APAC, excluding China. The Regional Segment Manager will work closely with various Country Leadership teams to drive strategic development and market share in industry and the renewables sector. The Regional Segment Manager will also play a pivotal role in innovating, executing and measuring go to market programs and initiatives.
The successful candidate will continue to be based in their respective home city within our APAC region presence.
How You'll Make An Impact
- You will work closely with the respective APAC countries' Country MD and Market Managers to identify business needs, determine key accounts, co-develop actions and timelines, and align resources in support of go-to-market activities.
- You will develop and execute segments and account specific profitable growth strategies and plans, including generating product value propositions and product positioning.
- You will develop and execute channel plan, work closely with Channel Manager to identify, evaluate and develop channels for long term partnership, be able to conduct analysis on channel's activities and take ownership for problems identified.
- You will establish a deep understanding of customer segment and market dynamics, develop trusted relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executives.
- You will build and monitor pipelines, be able to forecast and track metrics.
- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background
- You hold a bachelor's degree. A master's degree in business or engineering is highly desired.
- Minimum 10 years sales experience in the electrical power equipment industry.
- Experience in delivering client focus solution to customer needs.
- Demonstrated leadership skills for both direct and indirect teams. Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Demonstrate ability to confront tough issues and contribute to collaborative solutions. Able to juggle multiple account management projects at the same time, flexible to occasional business travel when required.
- Proficiency in English communication.
