This opportunity is full-time or part-time at a busy dermatology and laser practice in Darlinghurst.

As these are both senior and junior roles, applications from a range of experience levels are welcome. We are looking for someone flexible and adaptable who can balance a busy workload with a friendly and helpful, yet confident, demeanour. You should have commitment and enthusiasm for getting the job done and providing exceptional service.

  • Healthcare, secretarial and/or clerical experienceExperience in using Genie will be highly regarded

Your role:

  • Liaising with our nursing staff, patients, other health providers, hospital staff and health funds
  • Reviewing and requesting patient referrals
  • Managing complex appointment bookings, records and billing
  • Diary management

You will need to be able to learn standard procedures and protocols quickly, and be happy with receiving feedback and direction.
