**The Role**

We’re looking for a **Leading Hand** who will work closely with our Site Supervisor to support the smooth delivery of projects. This role combines hands-on building with day-to-day leadership, ensuring the site runs efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

You’ll be a key link between the Supervisor, trades, and subcontractors - helping drive progress while setting the tone onsite.

**What You’ll Do**
- Work alongside and support the Site Supervisor in coordinating daily site activities.
- Lead by example with hands-on carpentry and remedial works.
- Help oversee trades and subcontractors to keep quality and timelines on track.
- Review and interpret drawings and specifications with accuracy.
- Ensure safety and site presentation are maintained at all times.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues early, working with the Supervisor to resolve them.
- Communicate clearly with the Supervisor, team, clients, and suppliers.
- Provide feedback on progress and flag risks or improvements.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Qualified carpenter (or equivalent trade).
- 3-5 years’ experience in a Leading Hand or senior trades role.
- Solid knowledge of remedial and/or residential construction.
- Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to motivate and support others while working as part of a team.
- White Card and driver’s licence essential.
- Full kit of power tools & vehicle
- Remedial experience is an advantage.
