We are one of the most progressive building and development companies in South Australia, specialising in the volume construction of project homes, custom built homes and unit developments. We are currently seeking an Accounts / Clerical Officer to join our award winning team.

As an Accounts / Clerical Officer your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Management of supplier and customer invoicing
  • Reconciliation of accounts receivable and payable
  • Liaising with suppliers and customers
  • Administration and office duties
  • Providing support to the Chief Financial Officer and Accounts Team
  • Email management, data entry and job progress updates

The successful applicant will have:

  • Minimum of five years experience in an office environment.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to multi task
  • High level of attention to detail
  • High level of computer literacy
  • An enthusiastic team building attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to read and interpret invoices, statements and purchase orders
