We are a fast paced fencing company that has established a solid foothold within the Building & Construction Industry circles since 1995.

We are looking for an energetic, charismatic person to join our fast paced, tight knit team.

We pride ourselves on our reputation and our enviable repeat clientele base of both Residential & Commercial clients.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT:

This role will see you

  • Answering inbound telephone calls in a very customer focused manner and re-directing to internal departments as required.
  • Work within Company internal computing and manual systems.
  • Ensuring Company compliance with lead handling steps aligned with ISO9001 proceedures.
  • Updating company CRM database following calls with customers.
  • Providing support for CRM handling, audits and reporting.
  • Assisting with data entry, record keeping, and document management.
  • Responding to customer email and queries in a timely manner.
  • Providing administrative support to the Managing Director as required.
  • Provide sales triage support.
  • Creating folders for customer documents and filing.
  • General Office Duties such as answering phones, filing independently deal with client queries.
  • Liaising with internal teams to support the smooth flow of information.

  • Building and Construction Industry background, preferably within Fencing Industry preferred.
  • Strong ability to work within a fluid enviroment adapting to constantly changing demands.
  • Positive and friendly attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills on all levels – written and verbal.
  • Creative & imaginative ideas for position & Company improvement.
  • A good work ethic, reliable & punctuality record.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Possess sound Computer knowledge & basic Program Skills.
