Junior Project Coordinator/Estimator

We are looking for a junior project coordinator/estimator who are highly motivated, strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn. You will be working closely with and assist Project Administrator for report to Project Manager.

· Girraween/Onsite Parking

· Permanent full time

· Start immediately

· Training Provided

Salary package can be negotiated based on experience.

Key Responsibility for the role.

· Material ordering

· Assisting administrator to Tendering quote-Estimating

· Assisting administrator to Scope of works development

· Assisting administrator to Organise and manage site inductions and project documentation preparation.

· Assisting administrator to Prepare and ensure all WHS & SWMS compliance policies, company insurances are met and maintained.

· Assisting administrator to Preparation of project completion certificates/reports.

· General administrative duties and assistance onsite with construction management.

Key Responsibility for the role. The requirements for the position are as follows:

· Strong organisation and time management skills.

· Excellent communicator – verbal and written.

· Experience in commercial shop fitting construction is preferred but no essential.

· The ability to understand, articulate and service drawings is preferred.

· A positive 'can do' attitude.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

· Computer skills required - Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, excel

· Australian permanent residence or citizenship is preferred.

· Office based role
