We're looking for an energetic and adaptable Admin Support team member to join our friendly Not-for-Profit organisation in Girraween.
We provide essential services to elderly clients and people with disabilities, and you'll play a vital role supporting our 50-person team with day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicating with clients and workers daily
- General office administration and support tasks
- Handling a high volume of calls
- Taking client payments and managing bookings
- Confirming and rostering client jobs
- Assisting with a wide range of ad-hoc admin tasks
About You
- Confident using technology: email, calendars, Microsoft Word, Excel, Xero (training provided), Adobe, and mobile apps
- Friendly, happy, compassionate, and reliable
- Adaptable and willing to help wherever needed – every day is different
- Experience with CHSP or NDIS programs is an advantage, but not essential
- Hold a current Driver's Licence
- Able to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check (we reimburse the cost after 3 months of employment)
What We Offer
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (no weekends)
- Location: Girraween
- Breaks: Closed over public holidays and Christmas period
- Training & Support: Paid First Aid course, monthly professional development in aged and disability care, and regular team lunches & birthday celebrations
