Sales & Interior Design Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and tertiary qualified Sales & Interior Design Consultant to join our team, developing a strong knowledge of the Interiors product range.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Drafting accurate 3D drawings and cut lists in Cabinet Vision
  • Turning client and designer ideas into build-ready plans
  • Reading and interpreting plans, elevations, and specifications
  • Helping us streamline production and reduce material waste
  • Report directly to the General Manager.
  • Achieve and surpass monthly KPIs by leveraging your negotiation and sales expertise.
  • Coordinate with internal suppliers.
  • Engage with retail and trade clients both within and outside the showroom.
  • Utilise your creative design skills to craft luxurious interior spaces.
  • Prepare comprehensive costing schedules using Excel.
  • Develop and present client and team presentations.
  • Ensure the showroom meets company standards.
  • Oversee client and showroom installations.

Experience & Attributes:

  • Tertiary qualification in Interior Design
  • Strong experience with SketchUp, AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop and Canva
  • Advanced/Expert level proficiency required in SketchUp,AutoCAD
  • Years of experience using Cabinet Vision, preferably 2+ years
  • A good understanding of joinery and manufacturing methods
  • Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
  • Experience working with luxury furniture and interior designs preferred
  • Great sales and negotiation ability
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Keen time management and organisational skills
  • Full Australian working rights and permanent residence
