About the Role

We're looking for a
hands-on IT Field Support Engineer
who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving technical challenges, and enjoys delivering high-quality onsite support. You'll play a key role in managing desktop infrastructure, network troubleshooting, and hardware break-fix for enterprise users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide
    on-site support
    for laptops, desktops, printers, and scanners (hardware & software).
  • Manage incidents and service requests via
    ServiceNow
    — from ticket creation to closure.
  • Perform
    MACI (Move, Allocate, Change, Install)
    tasks for new desktop and laptop deployments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve
    LAN/WAN and network connectivity
    issues.
  • Support
    video conferencing systems (Cisco, Polycom, Gai Tronics, MS Teams Rooms)
    .
  • Assist with
    hardware upgrades, software deployment, and antivirus management
    .
  • Collaborate with offshore/global support teams for escalation and resolution.
  • Maintain site inventory, coordinate vendor activities, and manage spare parts stock.
  • Participate in
    review meetings, training sessions, and IT improvement initiatives
    .
  • Ensure compliance with
    ITIL processes
    , documentation standards, and company policies.

Required Skills & Experience

5–8 years of enterprise IT support or field engineering experience

Strong knowledge of
Windows 10/11
,
Active Directory
,
MS Office
, and
SCCM

Experience in
network troubleshooting, VPNs, and endpoint security

Hands-on experience with
Microsoft Intune, Azure
, and
MDM/DEP

Familiarity with
hardware repair
(HP, Dell, Lenovo devices) and
printer configuration

Experience with
ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms

Excellent
communication, documentation
, and
customer-handling
skills

Ability to coordinate with global teams and vendors


ITIL Certification
or equivalent ITSM process knowledge preferred

Valid
Australian Driver's License
(required for onsite travel)
