The Role

As Lead, IT, you'll shape and deliver the technology strategy, overseeing infrastructure, cloud, enterprise systems, and cybersecurity. Reporting to the Director of IT, you'll lead a small internal team and key service providers to ensure stability, resilience, and innovation across the environment.

Your focus will be to modernise systems, uplift security and compliance, and drive efficiency through automation and data. Success means a connected, secure IT ecosystem that enables business performance and digital transformation.

About You

You're a hands-on IT leader who balances strategy with delivery. You build trust across business and technical teams, communicate clearly, and bring structure, consistency, and follow-through to complex environments. You take pride in systems that just work — secure, reliable, and scalable.

Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering
  • 5–7 years' IT management experience in corporate or multinational settings
  • Strong exposure to infrastructure, networks, SAP, Office 365, AWS, and cybersecurity
  • Experience managing vendors, budgets, and small teams
  • Familiarity with compliance or audit frameworks (SOX, J-SOX)
  • Clear communicator with strong problem-solving and delivery focus
