You will make an impact by  

  • Managing end-to-end creditor maintenance and supporting staff and suppliers with procurement processes 
  • Coordinating the procurement inbox and ensuring timely, accurate responses 
  • Maintaining purchase orders, goods receipts, and procurement records in TechnologyOne CiA 
  • Supporting procurement compliance through internal audits and policy adherence 
  • Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders 

You will bring  

  • Proven administration and data entry experience with a keen eye for detail 
  • Confidence using digital systems and a willingness to learn new platforms (TechnologyOne experience a bonus) 
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide clear, helpful advice 
  • A proactive mindset with the initiative to solve problems independently 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines 
  • A collaborative spirit and a positive, can-do attitude
