We are a seeking bright and bubbly front desk staff member who would like to motivate others and is passionate about the fitness industry Does this sound like you?

The Role:
You will be required to:

- Be the face of Plus Fitness Officer and greet every member as they walk in the door
- Provide outstanding service to every member
- Have a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Exceptional sales skills
- Professionally and efficiently handling membership enquiries
- Performing administration duties as required
- Help new members understand any equipment that they are unaware of (we will train you for this)
- Carry out cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Create social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

Experience and Qualifications
- Experience within the fitness industry (bonus points)
- 2 years of customer/retail/sales/reception experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Worked towards achieving KPIs (bonus points)
- Advanced computer skills

This role would also suit those considering studying for Cert III/IV, those currently studying or those that have recently passed Cert III or Cert IV in Fitness.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $27.00 - $28.00 per hour

- Officer, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
