What You'll Do
  • Provide evidence-based assessments and therapy for children aged 0–18
  • Work across clinic, school, home, and Telehealth settings
  • Work closely with families and educators to support meaningful outcomes
  • Prepare clear, practical reports that guide progress
  • Option to mentor junior clinicians if leadership interests you
What We're Looking For
  • Recognised degree in Speech Pathology + current SPA membership
  • 3+ years paediatric experience preferred (but passionate early-career clinicians are welcome to apply)
  • Ability to manage an independent caseload with confidence
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with children and families
  • Someone who values excellence, accountability, and autonomy
