About the Opportunity
We are seeking a New Graduate Paediatric Speech and Language Pathologist to join our vibrant and dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate clinician to kickstart their career in a supportive and innovative environment. As a Paediatric Speech and Language Pathologist at Seed Ability, you'll work with children and their families, helping them to achieve their full communication potential. You will benefit from a range of support and mentorship opportunities, ensuring a smooth transition from university to practice.
About our Graduate Program
Our comprehensive 12-month Graduate Program is tailored to support your transition into professional practice. The program offers:
- Intensive Support: The first 12 weeks include shadowing experienced clinicians, attending workshops, and receiving guidance as you build confidence in your role.
- Clinical Supervision: You will receive weekly 1:1 supervision sessions with our experienced leadership team.
- External Supervision: You will gain valuable insights through additional external supervision with some of Australia's leading Speech and Language Pathologists. Enjoy exclusive immersions in Sydney, where we'll fly you to learn directly from a top provider and expand your professional network.
- Clinical Education Calendar: Full access to internal clinical support huddles and an extensive education calendar.
- Peer Review Sessions: Engage in weekly multidisciplinary case reviews and reflection opportunities to consolidate your learning.
- Personalised Development: We will help you develop a tailored Professional Development Plan to reach your career goals and aspirations.

Skills and Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
- Relevant Qualification: A degree in Speech Pathology and registration with the relevant governing body (Speech Pathology Australia).
- Compliance: National Police Check, Working with Children's Check, Driver's License, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for working with children and their families.
- Passion: A genuine passion for helping children.
- Organisational Skills: Strong time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
