The Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Paediatrician to join our Spring Hill team on a contracted basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, providing specialist assessments, guidance, and care for children with neurodivergent and developmental profiles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive paediatric assessments for children with neurodevelopmental and developmental conditions
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech pathologists, psychologists, and allied health professionals to create integrated care plans
  • Support families with guidance, education, and referral pathways
  • Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and professional development opportunities

Who We're Looking For:

  • Paediatrician with experience or strong interest in neurodivergent and developmental conditions
  • Passionate about neuroaffirming, child-led, play-based care
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with families and a multidisciplinary team
  • Committed to supporting children's strengths and potential
