Are you a Speech Therapist who loves helping children find their voice—literally and figuratively? Neurodiverse Playhouse Spring Hill is looking for a passionate, creative Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team and make a real impact on children's lives.

About Us:

At Neurodiverse Playhouse, we provide inclusive, play-based therapy that empowers children of all abilities. Our team of OTs, Paediatric Podiatrists', Exercise Physiologists, and educators work together to support children's communication, social, and emotional development in a fun, nurturing environment. We have a beautiful purpose built playhouse complete with outdoor rooftop play space and garden

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Speech Therapist
  • Experience working with neurodiverse children, early intervention, or developmental therapy highly valued
  • Strong collaborative skills to work within a multidisciplinary team
  • Creativity, patience, and a passion for supporting children and their families

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver individual and group speech therapy sessions tailored to each child's needs
  • Collaborate with our team to create integrated, play-based therapy plans
  • Support children's social communication, language, and confidence
  • Work closely with families, providing strategies, coaching, and guidance
