About the Opportunity
The Customer Experience (CX) team, based in Perth CBD, is actively seeking a Customer Experience Consultant. Reporting to the Team Leader, your primary responsibilities will include:


• Managing client interactions via phone, live chat, and email.


• Conducting face-to-face meetings with members.


• Establishing new salary packaging accounts.


• Administering ongoing amendments to salary packaging arrangements.


• Participating in quality assurance projects.

About You
Key skills, experience, and qualifications:

• Previous experience in the salary packaging industry is highly regarded but not essential.


• Prior contact centre experience is advantageous.


• Demonstrated motivation and passion for delivering customer service excellence.


• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.


• Effective time management skills.


• Experience in fast-paced customer service environments is valued.
