The Role:

We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Customer Experience Attendant to join our team. You'll be the face of Prison Island, ensuring guests have an epic experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with energy and guide them through the gameplay experience.
  • Explain rules, safety protocols, and objectives for our action games.
  • Monitor gameplay, encourage participants, and ensure a safe environment.
  • Handle bookings, payments, and inquiries (in-person, phone, email).
  • Assist with setting up and resetting game zones.
  • Resolve customer questions or concerns with a smile.
  • Help promote events, group bookings, and special experiences.
  • Handle participant registrations (create badges, team names, etc.)
  • Selling snacks and drinks at the bar

What We're Looking For:

  • Outgoing personality – you love interacting with people
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and upbeat in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, entertainment, or sports/recreation is a plus but not required.
  • Ensure the maintenance of the premises
  • Oversee the proper functioning of game rooms
