When extra help is needed, our online tutors work with students to boost their confidence and knowledge.What to Expect in This Role:Our close partnership with our families is the key to our success in delivering exceptional educational outcomes for students - this is where you come inAs a member of our Tutor / Customer Experience team, you will work with families to ensure they are getting the best possible results from the Kinetic Education program. You will maintain regular contact, checking in on progress and adjusting programs where necessary. You will provide feedback, rewards, and lots of encouragement.In your conversations with parents, you will listen for ways to support them, update account information, and, most importantly, ensure everyone is working towards the same goals.About you.This role is suited to a person with a passion for education and helping others.You will have:the confidence to tutor maths at a Year 12 level;exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders;the confidence and maturity to speak with parents about their child's progress;monitor, delegate and respond to emails;strong organisation/administration skills and attention to detail;experience in a fast-paced environment working with multiple IT platforms;ability to embrace change and drive continuous improvement;tutoring experience or a teaching qualification will be highly regarded but not essential.Why Work with Us?Supportive Remote Environment: Enjoy the flexibility of working from home while being part of a supportive team.Full-time or Part-time positions available, commencing November 5th, 2025:-> Full-time: Monday to Friday, 11am-7pm AWST-> Part-time: Monday to Friday, 2pm - 7pm or 3pm - 7pm AWST- Location: As this is a remote role, we welcome applications from all Australian locations; however, you must be willing to commit to working in an AWST time zone.We're excited to hear from you, but to ensure your application is considered, please include a cover letter explaining how the working hours suit your lifestyle.
