We're a forward-thinking private vocational education provider located in the heart of Sydney's CBD. From Digital Marketing and Graphic Design to IT and Artificial Intelligence, our courses shape the future, and we're looking for a marketer who's just as future-focused as we are.

In this role, you'll step into a diverse, hands-on position where you'll collaborate with different teams and bring exciting projects to life. This isn't a role where you're stuck doing the same thing every day; instead, you'll have the opportunity to flex your skills across a variety of channels and campaigns. In this role, your main responsibility will be to assist with the creation of content that supports the strategy and direction of the senior marketing team.

  • Assist with email Marketing (EDM) campaigns – Targeting students, agents and leads.

  • Assist in creating social media content

  • Assist in scheduling and planning content

  • Assist with short-form video editing (CapCut)

  • Working collaboratively with the marketing team and other departments to optimise outcomes.

  • Content creation, e.g., Visual Design, creating branded graphics, posters, flyers and EDM banners (Canva)

  • Copywriting for EDMS, social media and marketing materials

Experience and skills:

  • Previous experience in marketing, content creation or a similar role.

  • Experience using a CRM platform

  • Experience using Canva

  • Experience using CapCut, Final Cut Pro or similar video editing tool.

  • Experienced in copywriting, with excellent grammatical and writing skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or other relevant area.

  • Must be comfortable in front of the camera

  • Excellent time management skills – ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

  • Have a keen eye for detail

Bonus skills (not essential):

  • Previous experience working in an RTO or education provider

  • Experience using HubSpot or RTO manager

Task for interview:

  • Create a video for social media – Pitching one of our courses

  • Create a graphic/flyer to promote one of our courses

  • Provide copywriting for a post/flyer
