As a Logistics Administrator you will play a key role in maintaining and updating the SAP database, managing job documentation and purchasing workflows, ensuring ISO compliance, entering payroll data, and providing general administrative support. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform SAP transactions including goods issuing, stock receipts, and purchase requisitions
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting across logistics and facility operations
- Support compliance and quality systems including ISO and NATA documentation
- Enter workforce labour hours into payroll systems and manage training records
- Assist with consumables ordering, liaising with Sales on PODs, and general admin tasks
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as 3C's, 5Y's, and 5S's, and support operational activities like stocktakes and despatch

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in an administration role or similar
- Warehouse or Logistics industry experience is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Ability to use multiple systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (intermediate level)
- SAP experience is desirable
- Comfortable working in both office and operational environments, with occasional engagement on the shop floor or warehouse areas
