Growers Agrishop is a WA owned and operated company and has been supplying products to the horticultural market, including specialty fertilisers and agrochemicals, for over 25 years.  Our rapid and continued expansion has us seeking a professional and dedicated Logistics Scheduler to join our dynamic team.

What You'll Do:

  • Schedule, coordinate and monitor customer deliveries via our own delivery fleet
  • Ensure the smooth running of fleet
  • Arrange maintenance of fleet (trucks, trailers, cars and forklifts)
  • Administration for fleet and drivers
  • Scheduling stock movements between business locations
  • Provide exceptional customer service, both in-person and over the phone.

Your Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years in logistics, delivery scheduling or similar experience.
  • Knowledge of Chain of responsibility and transport regulations.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Reliable, punctual, and proactive.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Familiarity with Dangerous Goods classifications is a plus.
