About the Role:

We're expanding across Queensland and seeking experienced commission-based sales professionals to join our team at East Coast Solar Solutions – a trusted name in solar with a strong presence across metro QLD.

  • Uncapped commission – up to 20%
  • Real earning potential: $350K–$600K+
  • Mixture of residential and commercial clients

  • Focus on quality workmanship, reliable systems, and after-sales support
About You:
  • You're a proven closer in a commission-only or high-performance sales role
  • You're confident face-to-face, on the door, and in the home
  • You're motivated by results, not micromanagement
  • You bring professionalism, resilience, and energy
  • You hold a valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (initially)
